Building Bridges Menorah by Laura Cowan
Description
Laura Cowan designed the Building Bridges Menorah as a visual representation of the bridging of beliefs and understanding.
A bridge creates a means for people to meet. It connects the two banks of a river and metaphorically, two minds or two communities of people. By overcoming an obstacle you are creating a solution.
The base is created out of gently formed highly polished steel. The colorful anodized aluminum candle holders are magnetic and can be placed wherever you wish on the metal base
Materials: Steel, Anodized Aluminum, Neodymium Magnets
Height 8 cm/3.5 inches. Width 14 cm/5.5 inches
Do not leave any lit menorahs unattended.

More about Laura Cowan
Many of Laura's Judaica designs are inspired by the Sixties mission to land a man on the moon. Although this was achieved even before Laura was born, she was fascinated by the hype and excitement generated by the race to the moon. Laura also loves the irony of a futuristic design based on what is now history. Combining this with her Jewish upbringing and identity, Laura has produced many stunning pieces of modern Judaica.
